4. Pet safety
Our carrier hoodie is designed for small dogs and cats up to approximately 22 lbs (10 kg). Always supervise your pet, support them with your hand while moving, and don't use the product while running, cycling, driving or doing any activity where your pet could fall or be injured. Use of the product is at your own discretion and risk.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.
