Shipping cost

We offer free standard tracked shipping on all orders to every country we ship to, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and most other countries worldwide. We currently can't ship to a small number of countries (including Russia, Belarus and some regions affected by conflict or sanctions) – if your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

After shipping, standard delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. In total, orders arrive within 10–15 business days of being placed, and most orders arrive in 10–12 business days. Orders to the United States usually arrive fastest; international orders may take a few extra business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather or carrier delays.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If you haven't received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@shoppawhacks.com.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away – we can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it. If it can't be found, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
