How heavy can my pet be?

The front pouch is designed for dogs and cats up to about 22 lbs (10 kg). Always support your pet with your hand while walking.

Does it work with cats too?

Yes! Many cats love the warm, snug pouch. It's best to get your cat used to it at home on the couch first.

Which size should I choose?

Choose your usual hoodie size. The fit is relaxed – if you're between sizes, size up. You'll find the full size chart on the product page.

Can I wear it without my pet?

Absolutely – it's a cozy, double-sided fleece hoodie on its own, and the pouch works as a big front pocket.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold (86°F / 30°C), turned inside out. Do not tumble dry or iron. Pet hair brushes off easily.

How much is shipping?

Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 7 business days, contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Do bundle discounts apply automatically?

Yes. Add 2 hoodies to save 10% or 3 hoodies to save 20% – the discount is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout.

↩️ Returns & exchanges

What if it doesn't fit?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or size exchange. Items must be clean and in like-new condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we ship the replacement size to you for free.

How do I start a return?

Email support@shoppawhacks.com with your order number. We'll send you the return instructions – please don't ship items back without contacting us first.

My item arrived damaged or wrong – what now?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
